To mark Global Entrepreneurship Week, hosted in the UK by Youth Business International, The Guardian Small Business Network spoke to four entrepreneurs about how they started up, the challenges of running companies in different countries and the must-have traits in business.

Cory Cook also participated in Global Entrepreneurship Week by offering a Time Management seminar to new and existing entrepreneurs at City Business Library.
